We understand that it is not easy to pass on that you can (maybe) no longer be able to pay the canon. Nevertheless, this is the first step towards a possible solution. Feel free to call or email the Leasehold Care Team of DNGB, preferably as soon as possible. Then we look together at preventing or limiting (further) payment arrears.

DNGB will, of course, also contact you if payment arrears arise. One of our employees will then take the possible solutions with you. An example can be a payment arrangement or using one of our tools.

LET OP:

Duokoop alleen worden toegepast voor woningen met grondwaarde certificaat (zie voorbeeld hieronder).

Dit certificaat wordt uitgegeven door DNGB namens het Duokoopfonds.

Een grondcertificaat kan je in MYDNGB aanvragen.

Zonder geldig certificaat koopt het Duokoopfonds niet het Duokoopdeel.
